Step 1: Contact us.

Step 4: Construction loan and home financing pre-approval.

J.C. Anderson’s expert builders highly recommend having your custom home plan’s appraised and submitted for financing pre-approval.
Step 5: Project estimate submitted for review and approval.
Your luxury custom home vision is now a plan on paper and has received construction loan and home loan pre-approval. J.C. Anderson will review the plans you’ve approved with the design professional, create a detailed list of custom home finishes — all the bells and whistles you desire — and submit and construction budget to you for review and approval. Project estimates are provided free of charge.
Step 6: Break ground.
Moving that first shovel of dirt is the first step to bringing your luxury custom home to life. Our expert builders will start the process by following the approved plans in order to integrate your luxury custom home’s views into every step of the project.
Step 7: Building process.
